These Terms of Use govern your use of the Prayr AI Christian prayer and devotional app (the "Application") operated by Prayr AI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). The Application is available at http://prayrai.app/ and through mobile app stores.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Application.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

I. Our Mission and Values

Prayr AI is designed to help Christians deepen their relationship with God through prayer, devotionals, and spiritual guidance. Our AI is trained on biblical principles and Christian theology to provide meaningful spiritual support rooted in Scripture and traditional Christian teachings.

II. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Prayr AI, you represent and warrant that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 16 years of age, you may not use the Application.

III. User Account and Registration

To access certain features of the Application, you may be required to create a user account. When creating an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You may register using your email address or through third-party authentication services (such as Sign in with Apple). You are responsible for keeping your account information current and accurate.

IV. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

Appropriate Use

You agree to use the Application in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You may use the Application for:

• Accessing devotional content and biblical resources

• Sharing appropriate Christian content and testimonies

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Application for any of the following prohibited activities:

• Sharing content that contradicts biblical Christian teachings
• Promoting non-Christian religious beliefs or practices
• Harassment, abuse, or harmful communication toward other users
• Sharing inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the Application

V. AI-Generated Content and Spiritual Guidance

Our AI provides prayer guidance and spiritual content based on Christian principles and biblical teachings. However, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI guidance is not a substitute for personal Bible study, prayer, or relationship with God
• AI content should not replace pastoral counseling, spiritual direction, or professional advice
• You should verify AI guidance with Scripture and seek wisdom from qualified Christian leaders
• AI responses are generated based on training data and may not always be perfect or complete
• The Company does not guarantee the theological accuracy of all AI-generated content
• You use AI-generated content at your own discretion and spiritual responsibility

VI. User Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Application, including prayer requests, testimonies, and other personal content. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

The Application, including its design, features, AI models, and proprietary content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

VII. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We understand that prayer requests and spiritual content are deeply personal. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including prayer data and spiritual content.

VIII. Subscription and Payment Terms

Some features of the Application may require a subscription or payment. All payments are processed through third-party payment processors (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe). We do not store your payment information.

Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the respective app store.

IX. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide reliable service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the Application. We may temporarily suspend or modify our services for maintenance, updates, security reasons, or other operational needs.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Application at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.

X. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

XI. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the Application. Upon termination, your access to the Application will cease, and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in harmful activities, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

XII. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Application shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitrations.

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact us to seek resolution of any dispute informally.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which our company is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

XIV. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. We will notify you of material changes through the Application or by email. Your continued use of the Application after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

XV. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
